Apply Cheeks & Lips directly to the skin and use your fingers to blend the product out, or apply it directly to the Sculpting Brush for more controlled color intensity. You can apply color to the apple of the cheek, or you can start at the top of the cheekbone and then blend the product down along the cheekbone. You can also use Cheeks & Lips on the lips or eyelids - either alone or under one of your other eyeshadows.
