You can apply the eyeliner very close to the lash line, on the waterline, and under the lower lashes. To achieve a soft look, you can use the Blending Brush to blend the eyeliner.

Lash Definition Mascara
For extra length, apply the mascara from the base of the lashes to the tips in a straight motion. For extra volume, apply the mascara from the base of the lashes to the tips in zig-zag motions. For increased intensity, apply the mascara in multiple layers before it dries. To make the lashes appear even longer and stronger, you can use the Lash Primer before applying the Lash Definition Mascara. The Lash Primer also enhances the color of the mascara and helps care for and stimulate lash growth. If you wish to separate the lashes further, you can use the Mascara Brush or Lash & Brow Brush to distribute or comb through the lashes without losing the effect of the mascara.
