Apply the Glide-On Eyeliner very close to the lash line and draw as desired, or apply it very closely to the lash line in light strokes. If you want to accentuate the shape of the eye, draw the line thinly in the inner corner and thicker towards the outer edge of the eye. You can maximize the longevity of the eyeliner by applying Nilens Jord Eye Primer before application.
