Apply Water Resistant Eyeliner very close to the lash line and draw as desired, or apply it very close to the lash line in light strokes. If you want to emphasize the shape of the eye, draw the line thinly at the inner corner and thicker towards the outer part of the eye. You can maximize the durability of the eyeliner by applying Nilens Jord Eye Primer before application.
