Water Resistant Eyeliner Cloud Blue is a water-resistant, creamy, and soft eyeliner in a gray-blue color ideal for creating both intense and soft looks. The eyeliner's soft texture makes it easy to apply, blend out, and feels super comfortable on the eyelid, but because the Water Resistant Eyeliner is highly pigmented, it is also perfect for use on the waterline. The eyeliner is easy to twist up and down, making it easy to apply precisely, and with the sharpener at the bottom, you can always keep it sharp.
Apply Water Resistant Eyeliner very close to the lash line and draw as desired, or apply it very close to the lash line in light strokes. If you want to emphasize the shape of the eye, draw the line thinly at the inner corner and thicker towards the outer part of the eye.
You can maximize the durability of the eyeliner by applying Nilens Jord Eye Primer before application.
