Water Resistant Eyeliner Ocean Green is a water-resistant, creamy, and soft eyeliner ideal for creating both intense and soft looks. The soft texture of the eyeliner makes it easy to apply, blend, and feels super comfortable on the eyelid. Because Water Resistant Eyeliner is highly pigmented, it is also perfect for use on the waterline of the eye. The eyeliner is easy to twist up and down, making it easy to apply precisely. With the pencil sharpener at one end of the eyeliner, you can always keep it sharp.

Apply Water Resistant Eyeliner very close to the lash line and draw as desired, or apply it very close to the lash line in light strokes. If you want to emphasize the shape of the eye, draw the line thinly at the inner corner and thicker towards the outer part of the eye. You can maximize the durability of the eyeliner by applying Nilens Jord Eye Primer before application.
