Because Water Resistant Eyeliner is highly pigmented, it is also perfect for use on the wet line of the eye. The eyeliner is easy to twist up and down, making it simple to apply precisely. With the sharpener at one end of the eyeliner, you can always keep it perfectly sharp.

Apply Water Resistant Eyeliner very close to the lash line and draw as desired, or apply it very close to the lash line in light strokes. If you want to emphasize the shape of the eye, draw the line thinly at the inner corner and thicker towards the outer part of the eye. You can maximize the durability of the eyeliner by applying Nilens Jord Eye Primer before application.
